Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
At QOVE, we want your experience — whether renting, buying or selling — to be smooth, transparent and supported. Below you'll find important information regarding shipping, returns, exchanges and our rental 'Fit Guarantee' policy.
Rental Shipping
For all rentals, both lenders and renters are responsible for arranging and covering their own shipping.
Please note: our platform currently does not allow for a shipping fee to be integrated within a rental listing. We recommend factoring shipping costs into your daily rental fee when setting up your item.
• Lenders are responsible for ensuring that the rental item is shipped in time to arrive by the rental start date.
• Renters must ship the item back by the rental end date.
We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which offers insurance up to £750 for added protection.
Fit Guarantee Policy
We understand that sometimes an item might not fit as expected, which is why we offer our rental 'Fit Guarantee' for peace of mind.
If the rental item doesn't fit, the renter must:
• Email us immediately informing us that the item doesn't fit at hello@qove.co.uk.
• Return the item within 24 hours of receiving it and email us with proof of shipping
While the rental amount is refundable, all shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly advise you to contact the lender with any questions or request specific measurements before placing a booking to avoid returns.
Failure to contact us and return the item within 24 hours will result in the rental being considered satisfactory and the full rental fee will be charged.
Resale Shipping
For resale purchases, sellers can include a shipping fee in their listing, which the buyer will pay at checkout.
If a buyer needs expedited shipping, the seller must update the shipping fee before the buyer purchases the item.
We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate directly to arrange suitable shipping times, if needed. Otherwise, all resale items must be shipped within one week of purchase.
Resale Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all resale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on resale items.
Before purchasing, we strongly recommend:
• Reaching out to the seller with any questions about fit, sizing or details.
• Making sure you feel fully confident about the item.
